Return Policy

To discuss the return or exchange of a product purchased from us, please reach out to our customer service team at (866) 535-3747 of if you would prefer, email support@hardwaremarkdowns.com.

Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will issue a refund back to the card used for the purchase after deducting the original shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee. (Note: The actual shipping cost incurred will be deducted from products that qualified for Free Shipping to the customer). A 50% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund if the item is damaged or is no longer in re-sellable condition. We will consider refusal of a shipment as returning an item.

If during transit the package gets damaged, the customer must call the carrier within 48 hours for an inspection. We must receive confirmation from the carrier before we can send a replacement or authorize the return.
